  1. Washington

    The Central Washington National Wildlife Refuge Complex (NWRC) proposes the establishment of a program alternative regarding the continued maintenance of fuel breaks within the Rattlesnake Unit of the Hanford Reach National Monument. In 2017 and 2018, Central Washington NWRC declared emergencies to complete the necessary maintenance activities on the fuel break due to high risk fire conditions. To avoid declaring such emeregencies in the future, Central Washington NWRC proposes the development of a Programmatic Agreement that will cover the annual maintenance for the fuel break.

  2. Montana
    The Federal Highway Administration, through the Montana Department of Transportation, is considering a proposal by Missoula County to replace the existing Maclay Bridge over the Bitterroot River at a new location approximately 0.4 miles upstream from its current location. The County is proposing replacement due to long-term maintenance costs and future liability. CP meeting on 4/24/2025: still no scope for final design, finishing up NEPA document and Section 106 process
  3. Puerto Rico
    The United States Postal Service (USPS), through ICF, an outside consultant, propose to demolish the Ponce-Atocha Station. The property sustained heavy damage in a fire that occurred on February 24, 2018. The USPS prepared a National Register evaluation and determined that the building retained its eligibility for listing after the fire. The USPS determined that there is no viable alternative to demolition of the property, given the need to manage revenue.
  4. Alaska

    The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing the development of a Programmatic Agreement, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), to streamline the process for routine actions using a tiered approach and a separate process for non-streamlined projects regarding FAA undertakings at airports and associated facilities managed by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.

  5. Alaska

    The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, in partnership with the Western Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration, is proposing the Glenn Highway Rehabilitation Long Lake Section: MP 84.5 to 92 Project, 47 miles east of Wasilla, Alaska and approximately 85 miles northeast of Anchorage. This project one includes phase of the larger Glenn Highway MP 66.5 – 92 corridor project which includes restoration, resurfacing, and rehabilitation work to preserve and extend the service life of the highway and provide safety improvements.

  6. Kentucky

    The Kentucky Army National Guard, in conjunction with the National Guard Bureau/Army National Guard, proposes to develop a programmatic agreement for operations, maintenance, development and training, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2).

  7. Michigan

    The National Park Service (NPS) and the General Services Administration (GSA) are proposing to remove certain deed restrictions from property located at Fort Wayne, 325 W Jefferson Ave, Detroit, Michigan. In 1971 and 1976, the Federal government transferred certain parcels of the Fort Wayne military reservation to the City of Detroit through the Historic Surplus Property and the Federal Lands to Parks programs. Both programs, monitored by NPS, require the attachment of deed restrictions to the parcels.

  8. Pennsylvania

    The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has received an application from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) for an Incidental Take Permit (ITP) pursuant to Section 10(a)(1)(B) of the Endangered Species Act regarding individual projects associated with forestry management, forestry operations, roads and trails, and prescribed fire on forest, park and game lands in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  9. Massachusetts
    The Federal Highway Administration, in cooperation with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, is proposing a multimodal transportation improvement project in Allston within the I-90 Interchange corridor, the vacant former CSX rail yard, the commuter rail line corridor, and along Soldier's Field Road and the Paul Dudley White Path adjacent to the Charles River.
  10. Texas

    The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 6, proposes to provide assistance with funds from the Flood Mitigation Assistance Program authorized by Section 1366 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended, to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) in order that the TWDB may provide funding to the City of Fort Worth (City) for the acquisition and demolition of two privately-owned residential buildings with the goal of reducing or eliminating claims under the National Flood Insurance Program.
