  1. California

    The Department of Energy proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to understand effects to historic properties within Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

  2. Washington

    Naval Air Station Whidbey Island proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties within the installation’s boundaries.

  3. Northern Mariana Islands
    The United States Marine Corps proposes to construction in support of expanded military training activities within the federally managed Military Lease Area on the island of Tinian in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
  4. Colorado
    The Department of the Army initially listed the Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD), Pueblo, CO, for closure and transfer out of federal ownership in accordance with the recommendations of the 1988 Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act (P.L. 100-526). In 1997 the "Programmatic Agreement Among the Department of the Army, the Colorado State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation for the Utilization and Eventual Disposal of Above Ground Facilities at Pueblo Chemical Depot, Colorado" was executed.
  5. Ohio

    Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) has determined that implementation of the multiple Air Force missions at WPAFB is resulting in numerous undertakings that may affect properties included in, eligible or potentially eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. WPAFB is proposing a a Programmatic Agreement in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) . This agreement is seen as a tool to help properly identify, protect, and preserve the resources on the base.

  6. Texas
    The 502 Air Base Wing proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties within the installation’s boundaries. Joint Base San Antonio covers 11 campuses: Camp Bullis, Canyon Lake, Grayson Street Annex, Kelly Field Annex, Lackland Air Force Base, Medical Center Annex, Medina Training Annex, Port San Antonio, Randolph Air Force Base, Seguin Auxiliary Field, and Fort Sam Houston.
  7. North Dakota

    The 10th Space Warning Squadron proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), in order to take into account effects to historic properties within Cavalier Air Force Station and its managed geographically separated units.

  8. Idaho

    The Payette National Forest is consulting with the with Idaho State Historic Preservation Office, the Nez-Perce Tribe, Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, and Shoshone-Paiute Tribes regarding post-review discoveries during the implementation of the Phoebe Creek Dispersed Recreation Site Management Project.

  9. U.S. Minor Outlying Islands

    The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is developing a project Programmatic Agreement (PA) for the management of Albert Khan-designed buildings on Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge/Battle of Midway National Memorial. The development of the PA was stipulated in the 2012 "Memorandum of Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding the Demolition of Building 393 (HABS UM-1-W) on the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, U.S. Minor Island."

  10. Kentucky, Tennessee
    Fort Campbell is proposing to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), to cover operations and maintenance activities and Section 106 responsibilities. Currently, there are two existing PAs and this new document would subsume both and create a consolidated document for compliance. The new agreement will outline a transparent process on how Section 106 will be met by the installation.
