The 502 Air Base Wing proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties within the installation’s boundaries. Joint Base San Antonio covers 11 campuses: Camp Bullis, Canyon Lake, Grayson Street Annex, Kelly Field Annex, Lackland Air Force Base, Medical Center Annex, Medina Training Annex, Port San Antonio, Randolph Air Force Base, Seguin Auxiliary Field, and Fort Sam Houston.
