The ACHP is recruiting for a liaison to the Army, located in the Office of Federal Agency Programs. The primary duties of the position include serving as the primary ACHP staff liaison with the Army Federal Preservation Officer (FPO), located within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment; providing dedicated assistance to the Army FPO for the development and implementation of Section 106 program alternatives, among other duties.

The ACHP is recruiting for a senior program analyst to work in the Office of Native American Affairs. The primary duties of the position include developing findings and recommendations regarding Native American historic preservation issues that are presented to the ACHP membership for adoption as agency policy; developing and advancing government-wide initiatives that support the ACHP's strategic goals for improving federal agency consultation with Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian organizations and the protection of Native sacred places.
