  1. Washington
    The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District (USACE) is proposing the development of a Programmatic Agreement regarding the implementation of the Levee Rehabilitation and Inspection Program under Public Law 84-99 (PL 84-99 Program). This program is a partnership between the USACE and 75 levee sponsors to maintain and rehabilitate 202 eligible systems in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. This PA would cover only levees in the State of Washington.
  2. Tennessee
    The Mountain Home Veterans Affairs Healthcare System proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties at James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
  3. Idaho

    The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries Service is proposing to develop a Programmatic Agreement for the Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund grant program in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in the State of Oregon. This competitive grant program provides funding to States and  federally-recognized Indian Tribes to protect, conserve, and restore salmon populations.

  4. California

    The United States Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Los Angeles District, is initiating the process to develop a Programmatic Agreement (PA) for the “Section 408 Permissions” within its Civil Works boundaries for the State of California, pursuant to 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2). The proposed PA would establish procedures to satisfy the Corps' Section 106 responsibilities with regard to the review of small-scale federal permissions of local agency and third-party applications known as Section 408 permissions. Section 14 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899, as amended, codified at 33 U.S.C.

  5. Maryland, Pennsylvania

    The Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC), a Department of Defense agency, manages two facilities (Site R in Pennsylvania and Site C in Maryland) to support emergency operations centers for the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and United States Marine Corps. In daily operations of both sites, the RRMC is seeking the development of strategies to meet Section 106 responsibilities in concert with the need for national security requirements in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2).

  6. Arkansas
    The Ozark-St. Francis National Forests (OSF) plans to implement the Blanchard Springs Caverns Visitor Information Center Renovation and Blanchard Springs Caverns Life Safety Improvements Projects. The undertaking consists of removal and replacement of project area components, repurposing existing spaces to provide for more efficient use and to support operations, and interior remodeling with upgrades to meet current code and provide visitor amenities and improved customer service.
  7. Washington
    In accordance with Stipulation X.B of the 2009 "Systemwide Programmatic Agreement for the Management of Historic Properties Affected by the Multipurpose Operations of Fourteen Projects of the Federal Columbia River Power System for Compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act," the Bonneville Power Administration, with the assistance of the Bureau of Reclamation, proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for the Lake Roosevelt Project and the operation and maintenance of Grand Coulee Dam Project.
  8. Missouri

    The Federal Highway Administration and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission are proposing to develop a Programmatic Agreement (PA) for Federal-Aid Transportation Projects in Missouri in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2).

  9. Nevada

    The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office, is reviewing an application for a rights-of-way grant (ROW) submitted by NV Energy. The Greenlink West Transmission Line Project (Project) is a proposed system of approximately 469 miles of new transmission lines and associated facilities situated in western Nevada. The Project would cross a combination of public lands owned and administered by the BLM, the Department of Defense, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and privately owned lands. Approximately 82 percent of the project will cross land managed by the BLM (see attached maps).

  10. California

    The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), El Centro Field Office, has received an application from the Imperial USA Corporation (IUC) regarding a proposed mining plan of operations in order to conduct exploratory drilling on three discontinuous project segments located on public lands in eastern Imperial County, California. Within the three project segments IUC proposes to grade approximately 168 drill pads and four test pits that would be used to provide information for subsurface mineral, geotechnical, environmental, hydrogeological, and/or engineering assessments.
