  1. Tennessee
    The Department of Energy, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, is proposing to revise its Historic Preservation Plan and develop a new Programmatic Agreement (PA), in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(3). The existing PA, "The Programmatic Agreement Among the Department of Energy Oak Ridge Operations Office, the Tennessee State Historic Preservation Office, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Concerning the Management of Historical and Cultural Properties at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory," was originally executed in 2005.
  2. Montana
    The Federal Highway Administration, through the Montana Department of Transportation, is considering a proposal by Missoula County to replace the existing Maclay Bridge over the Bitterroot River at a new location approximately 0.4 miles upstream from its current location. The County is proposing replacement due to long-term maintenance costs and future liability.   3. Puerto Rico
    The United States Postal Service (USPS), through ICF, an outside consultant, propose to demolish the Ponce-Atocha Station. The property sustained heavy damage in a fire that occurred on February 24, 2018. The USPS prepared a National Register evaluation and determined that the building retained its eligibility for listing after the fire. The USPS determined that there is no viable alternative to demolition of the property, given the need to manage revenue.
  4. Alaska

    The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing the development of a Programmatic Agreement, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), to streamline the process for routine actions using a tiered approach and a separate process for non-streamlined projects regarding FAA undertakings at airports and associated facilities managed by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.

  5. Alaska

    The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, in partnership with the Western Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration, is proposing the Glenn Highway Rehabilitation Long Lake Section: MP 84.5 to 92 Project, 47 miles east of Wasilla, Alaska and approximately 85 miles northeast of Anchorage. This project one includes phase of the larger Glenn Highway MP 66.5 – 92 corridor project which includes restoration, resurfacing, and rehabilitation work to preserve and extend the service life of the highway and provide safety improvements.

  6. Kentucky

    The Kentucky Army National Guard, in conjunction with the National Guard Bureau/Army National Guard, proposes to develop a programmatic agreement for operations, maintenance, development and training, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2).

  7. Massachusetts
    The Federal Highway Administration, in cooperation with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, is proposing a multimodal transportation improvement project in Allston within the I-90 Interchange corridor, the vacant former CSX rail yard, the commuter rail line corridor, and along Soldier's Field Road and the Paul Dudley White Path adjacent to the Charles River.
  8. Texas

    The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 6, proposes to provide assistance with funds from the Flood Mitigation Assistance Program authorized by Section 1366 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended, to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) in order that the TWDB may provide funding to the City of Fort Worth (City) for the acquisition and demolition of two privately-owned residential buildings with the goal of reducing or eliminating claims under the National Flood Insurance Program.

    The Department of Energy proposes to modify Building 9731 located at the Y-12 National Security Complex (Y-12) back to its original use as a training facility. Building 9731 was the first production building completed at the Y-12 site, and the first building to house the special equipment used for the electromagnetic separation process that enriched uranium used in the first atomic bomb. Implementation of the undertaking will reduce risk to workers and the public from potential exposure to hazardous material, allow for outdated systems to be replaced (i.e.

  10. Illinois

    The Federal Highway Administration, (FHWA), in cooperation with Illinois Department of Transportation, is proposing the O'Hare Express Service Project, an approximately 17.8-mile high-speed, subterranean, express service connecting O'Hare International Airport and the City of Chicago Central Business District. A phased approach for the project is necessary because the majority of the project will be underground and there will be several locations that require above ground disturbance.
