  1. California

    In 2018, the Programmatic Agreement Among U.S. Department of Energy-Western Power Administration, U.S. Department of Interior-Bureau of Reclamation, California State Historic Preservation Officer, and Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Construction of the San Luis Transmission Project, in Alameda, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced Counties, California was executed regarding the construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of a new transmission line.

  2. Hawaii
    In 2011, the "Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Among the Commander Navy Region Hawaii and the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding the MCON Project, P-320, Submarine Production Support Facility for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor Naval Complex, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation VII, Navy Region Hawaii is requesting an amendment regarding the creation and location of a Marine Railway Park in accordance with Stipulation III.G.

    The Mendocino National Forest has determined that the 2021 National Programmatic Agreement Among the US Department of Agriculture Forest Service, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers for Phasing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for Large-Scale Multi-Year Undertakings is applicable to the proposed Mendocino Fire Invasive Plant Species Project (Project), and it shall develop a Heritage Implementation Plan, in lieu of an individual programmatic agreement, to document how the phased Secti

  4. Arkansas, Oklahoma
    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Little Rock and Tulsa Districts, are revisiting a 2005 study to evaluate the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) for enhanced commercial navigation opportunities. The study area includes the entire MKARNS in Arkansas and Oklahoma including approximately 445 miles of river from the Mississippi River to the Port of Catoosa near Tulsa, OK. A series of 18 locks and dams,13 in Arkansas and 5 in Oklahoma, provide for commercial navigation throughout the length of the MKARNS.

    The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR; Reclamation) is proposing to provide funding and authorization to the Sites Authority for the construction and operation of an offstream surface water reservoir to benefit instream flows, the Sacramento–San Joaquin Delta ecosystem, and water supply reliability.
  6. Kansas, Missouri
    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Kansas City District is partnering with the states of Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri on the Lower Missouri River Flood Risk and Resiliency Study. The study was authorized under Section 216 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 that will develop systematic measures to reduce recurring flood damages and improve resiliency of infrastructure and investment to withstand future flood events. These activities will occur within the Kansas City District within Missouri and Kansas.
  7. Oregon, Washington
    The Federal Highway Administration's Interstate Bridge Replacement Program intends to replace the I-5 interstate bridge between Oregon and Washington where it crosses the Columbia River. The purpose of the undertaking is to improve I-5 corridor mobility by addressing present and future travel demand and mobility needs.
  8. Alaska
    U.S. Army Garrison, Alaska (USAG Alaska) proposes to develop training assets in the Blair Lakes region of Tanana Flats Training Area (TFTA). Projects include brushing out old trails, clearing new trails, opening gravel pits, and creating new all-seasons roads. Year-round increases in military training in the TFTA are expected after these improvements are made. A series of project phases are proposed and will require vegetation removal and ground disturbance with mechanized equipment.
  9. Mississippi
    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Vicksburg District, proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(3), for the proposed Pearl River Basin, Mississippi Federal Flood Risk Management Project, (Project). The Project will include a variety of flood control activities, which require further design and private landowner approval for specific measures.

    In accordance with Stipulation V of the "Programmatic Agreement Among U.S.
