  1. Washington

    In 2012, the Programmatic Agreement Among the Federal Highway Administration, the U.S. Forest Service the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Washington State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Federal-Aid Highway Program in Washington was executed. In accordance with Stipulation 16, signatories are considering an amendment to the agreement.

  2. Virginia

    In 2012, the Programmatic Agreement Among the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration; U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Belvoir; County of Fairfax, VA; Commonwealth of Virginia Virginia Department of Transportation; Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment; Catawaba Indian Nation; National Trust on Historic Preservation; Advisory Council on Historic Preservation; and Virginia State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding Construction of Route 1 Improvements Project in Fairfax County, Virginia was executed.

  3. Rhode Island

    In 2000, the Amended Memorandum of Agreement Hurricane Barrier Alignment Improvements to I-95 Providence, RI (AMOA) was executed by the Federal Highway Administration, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and the Rhode Island State Historic Preservation Officer. The list of participants and terms outlined in the AMOA no longer reflect the wishes of all interested parties involved in this agreement.

  4. Ohio

    In 2020, the Programmatic Agreement Among 88 Air Base Wing, the Ohio State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Disposition of Historic Housing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio was executed. At that time, unit number 10706 (730 Lahm Circle), while a contributing resource to the Brick Quarters Historic District, was not part of the housing privatization program as it was used as Distinguished Visitor (DV) Quarters since 2016.

  5. Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming

    In 2016, the Programmatic Agreement Among the Rocky Mountain Region (Region 8) of the U.S. General Services Administration; the State Historic Preservation Officers of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah; and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Management of Historic Properties and their Consideration in Planning Activities was executed. In accordance with Stipulation XIII, signatories are considering an amendment to the agreement.

  6. Alabama
    In 2021, the "Memorandum of Agreement Among the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, the Alabama State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Proposed Solider-Pile Wall Streambank Stabilization, Selma, Dallas County, Alabama" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation XIX, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District proposes to amend the agreement to address concerns by the Choctaw Nation.
  7. Virginia, West Virginia

    In 2017 the Programmatic Agreement Among the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management, and National Park Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the State Historic Preservation Offices for West Virginia and Virginia, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Mountain Valley Project (FERC Docket No. CP16-10-000) was executed.

  8. South Dakota

    In 2020, the Memorandum of Agreement Among Western Area Power Administration, South Dakota State Historic Preservation Officer, Yankton Sioux Tribe, Sweetland Wind Farm. LLC, and Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Sweetland Wind Project Near Wessington, Hand County, South Dakota was executed. In accordance with VIII, the agreement is being amended to take into account the participation of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service in the undertaking.

  9. Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah

    In 2012, the Programmatic Agreement Among the United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, the Arizona State Historic Preservation Officer, the California State Historic Preservation Officer, the Colorado State Historic Preservation Officer, the New Mexico State Historic Preservation Officer, the Nevada State Historic Preservation Officer, the Utah State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Solar Energy Development on Lands Administered by the Bureau of Land Management was executed.

  10. Hawaii
    In 2011, the "Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Among the Commander Navy Region Hawaii and the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding the MCON Project, P-320, Submarine Production Support Facility for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor Naval Complex, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation VII, Navy Region Hawaii is requesting an amendment regarding the creation and location of a Marine Railway Park in accordance with Stipulation III.G.
