  1. Florida
    The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties within Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
  2. Wisconsin

    Fort McCoy proposed to develop a program Programmatic Agreement (PA) in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) for Section 106 compliance for operation, maintenance, repair, and development activities at U.S. Army Garrison Fort McCoy. As a Total Force Training Center, Fort McCoy's primary responsibility is to support the training and readiness of military personnel and units of all branches and components of America's Armed Forces. Fort McCoy is home to a number of Army, Department of Defense, and State of Wisconsin activities, including over 30 tenant organizations.

  3. California

    The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center is proposing the development of a Programmatic Agreement in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(3) in order to take into account effects to historic properties for select operational training activities.

  4. Maryland

    U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Meade proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), in order to understand effects to historic properties within the installation’s boundaries.

  5. Hawaii
    Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) proposes to take into account effects to historic properties for ongoing operations, maintenance, and development activities in support of the U.S. Marine Corps mission through the development of a Programmatic Agreement in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) for MCBH Kaneohe Bay (and Marine Corps Air Station), Camp H. M. Smith, Puuloa Range Training Facility, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, the Manana Housing Complex, and the Pearl City Annex all on the Island of O’ahu.
  6. Hawaii
    The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in cooperation with the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Highways Division (HDOT), began to evaluate undertakings involving the use and/or occupancy of the former Oahu Railway and Land Company (OR&L) right-of-way (ROW).
  7. Arkansas

    Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) provided financial assistance to the Stuckey Farms Partnership in accordance with the Environmental Quality Incentive Program for a process that is known as deep tillage, a ground disturbing conservation practice. However, NRCS did not complete Section 106 consultation prior to obligating funds and deep tillage occurring. In a self-evaluation, NRCS did not find that Section 110(k) applied as there was no intentional effort to subvert the Section 106 process.

  8. Maryland

    The Federal Highway Administration and Maryland Transportation Authority are conducting the Chesapeake Bay Crossing Study to assess the potential environmental impacts of addressing congestion at the Gov. William Preston Lane Jr. Memorial Bridge, more commonly known as the Chesapeake Bay Bridge or Bay Bridge, which could result in added capacity at the existing bridge or at a new crossing location across the Chesapeake Bay.

  9. Kentucky

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District, proposed to develop a new agreement to replace the existing Section 106 Memorandum of Agreement (executed in 1992) for the remaining portions of the Kentucky Lock Addition Project. The Kentucky Lock is located in western Kentucky at Mile 22.4 of the Tennessee River. A feasibility report completed in 1992 recommended a new 110-foot by 1,200-foot lock adjacent and landward of the existing 110-foot by 600-foot lock. The project was authorized for construction in 1996 and construction commenced in July 1998.

  10. Colorado

    The United States Forest Service, Region 2 has proposed to develop a single statewide Programmatic Agreement to govern Section 106 consultation on National Forests and Grasslands in the State of Colorado in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2). The intent is to seek consistency by consolidating useful components of existing agreements and address needs not already included in such agreements.
