The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing the development of a Programmatic Agreement, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), to streamline the process for routine actions using a tiered approach and a separate process for non-streamlined projects regarding FAA undertakings at airports and associated facilities managed by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.
