  1. Pennsylvania

    In 2021, the Programmatic Agreement Among the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, Allegheny National Forest, Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Officer and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Process for Compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for Undertakings on the Allegheny National Forest of the Eastern Region of the U.S.D.A. Forest Service was executed.

  2. Missouri

    In 2020, the Programmatic Agreement Among the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, the Federal Highway Administration, the Missouri State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Regarding the Treatment of Historic Properties that might be Affected by Improvements to the US 169 Corridor from Missouri Route 9 to Interstate 35, MoDOT Job Number J4S3085, Clay and Jackson Counties, Missouri was executed.

  3. Florida
    In 2015, the "Programmatic Agreement Among The Veterans Health Administration Of The U.S. Department Of Veterans Affairs, The Florida State Historic Preservation Officer, and The Advisory Council On Historic Preservation Regarding Routine Management Activities At 10 VA Medical Facilities In Florida" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation , the Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing an amendment to extend the duration of the agreement.
  4. Nationwide

    In 2018, the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement Among the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Programs, National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation for Sequencing Section 106 was executed. In accordance with Stipulation XIV, Rural Development has contacted the ACHP with an interest in consulting on the appendices to the agreement.

  5. Wisconsin
    In 2020, the "Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Among the USDA Forest Service Chequamedon-Nicolet National Forest, the Wisconsin State Historic Preservation Office, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Action at Beaverdam Lake Lodge (47AS0387)" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation 6, the Chequamedon-Nicolet National Forest proposes to amend the agreement to extend the duration of the agreement to allow for additional time to fulfill remaining stipulations and to modify the language in the Stipulation 1 for the development of a Martin Hanson Archive.
  6. District of Columbia
    In 2008, the "Programmatic Agreement Among the Armed Forces Retirement Home, National Park Service, the National Capital Planning Commission, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and the District of Columbia State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding the Armed Forces Retirement Home -- Washington, D.C. Master Plan and On-Going Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Historic and Cultural Resources and Development Activities" was executed and amended in 2015.
  7. District of Columbia

    In 2018, the Memorandum of Agreement Among the National Park Service the District of Columbia State Historic Preservation Officer the National Captial Planning Commission and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Lincoln Memorial Rehabilitation Project Washington, DC was executed. In accordance with Stipulation 3.d., the National Mall and Memorial Parks is proposing to amend the agreement to extend its duration and revise select mitigation measures.

  8. Nevada

    In 2011, the Programmatic Agreement Among Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nevada, the Nevada State Historic Preservation Officer and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Identification, Evaluation and Treatment of Historic Properties on Lands Managed by Naval Air Station, Fallon was executed, and amended in 2020. In accordance with Stipulation X, Naval Air Station Fallon is proposing an amendment to the agreement to extend its duration and make minor updates to references and appendices.

  9. California

    In 2019, the Programmatic Agreement Among the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, The State Historic Preservation Officer of California, The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Review of Outer Continental Shelf Renewable Energy Activities Offshore California Under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act was executed.

  10. Alaska
    In 2018, the "Programmatic Agreement By and Among The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, Alaska State Historic Preservation Officer, Alaska Department of Natural Resources, and Donlin Gold, LLC Regarding the Donlin Gold Project" was executed; the PA was first amended in 2019.
