Interstate H-3 Project: Amendment #1 (HI)

In 1987, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation executed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Interstate H-3 Project. The project has been constructed but FHWA and Hawaii Department of Transportation have not yet completed all commitments in the MOA, with 4 items from the MOA pending completion or submittal of reports to consulting parties about their completion.

Leeward Bikeway Project in Oahu: Amendment #2 (HI)

In 2019, the Memorandum of Agreement Among the Federal Highway Administration the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Officer and the Advisory Council on Hstoric Preservation Regarding the Leeward Bikeway Philippine Sea Road to Waipahu Depot Street Federal Aid Project No. STP-BW-0300(8) District of Ewa, Oahu, Hawaii was executed and amended in 2020. In accordance with Stipulation XI, the signatories are considering an amendment that extends the duration of the agreement for an additional two years to allow additional time to complete outstanding commitments.

Construction of Submarine Production Support Facility at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility by Navy Region Hawaii: Amendment #1 (HI)

In 2011, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Among the Commander Navy Region Hawaii and the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding the MCON Project, P-320, Submarine Production Support Facility for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor Naval Complex, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was executed. In accordance with Stipulation VII, Navy Region Hawaii is requesting an amendment regarding the creation and location of a Marine Railway Park in accordance with Stipulation III.G.

Programmatic Agreement (PA) Among GSA Region 9, State Preservation Officers, and the ACHP

Programmatic Agreement Among the US General Services Administration, Pacific Rim Region, the State Historic Preservation Officers of Arizona, California, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marina Islands, and, the ACHP Regarding the Preservation, Maintenance, Rehabilitation, and Use of Historic Properties in Planning Activities (June 2019 - June 2023).

Appendices to Programmatic Agreement 

Consolidation of Public-Private Venture Programmatic Agreements for Family Housing at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (HI)

In 2006 and 2007, the Department of the Navy, through the Commanding Officer, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) entered into two separate Programmatic Agreements (PA) in accordance with Section 106 to establish processes whereby the privatization of MCBH family housing would take into account the effects of Public-Private Venture (PPV) development on historic properties within certain housing neighborhoods of the lease areas.

Modernization of Pilila'au Army Recreation Center by United States Army Garrison, Hawaii (HI)

The U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii is proposing to modernize the Pilila'au Army Recreation Center (PARC) on the Island of O'ahu, Hawaii. The proposed undertaking involves multiple related modernization projects, to occur in phases over several years, including rehabilitation of the current yard, construction of restrooms, installation of perimeter fencing, installation of an irrigation system, and general landscaping, and may be expanded to include operations, maintenance, and other activities, as determined in consultation.

Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 Compliance at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (HI)

Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) proposes to take into account effects to historic properties for ongoing operations, maintenance, and development activities in support of the U.S. Marine Corps mission through the development of a Programmatic Agreement, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), for MCBH Kaneohe Bay (and Marine Corps Air Station), Camp H. M. Smith, Puuloa Range Training Facility, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, the Manana Housing Complex, and the Pearl City Annex all on the Island of O’ahu.
