ACHP Resumes Normal Operations
The government shutdown has ended and, as of today, Thursday, November 13, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is resuming normal operations.
The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is the only federal agency whose sole mission is promoting preservation of America’s historic places. We help guide federal agencies in reviewing and addressing the effects of federal actions on historic properties. The ACHP also advises the President and Congress on historic preservation policy and fosters public awareness of the benefits of historic preservation. Learn more
