In 2012, the Programmatic Agreement Among the United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, the Arizona State Historic Preservation Officer, the California State Historic Preservation Officer, the Colorado State Historic Preservation Officer, the New Mexico State Historic Preservation Officer, the Nevada State Historic Preservation Officer, the Utah State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Solar Energy Development on Lands Administered by the Bureau of Land Management was executed.

Privatization of Family Housing (Residential Communities Initiative) at Fort Huachuca: Amendment #1 (AZ)

In 2008, the Programmatic Agreement Among the US Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca, the Arizona State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation for the Privatization of Family Housing at Fort Huachuca, Arizona was executed. The Arizona State Historic Preservation Officer, in accordance with Stipulation VIII, has requested that the agreement be amended to develop mutually agreeable terms that will assist the installation in fulfilling its good faith consultation responsibilities for this program.

Establishment and Operation of Trigo North Impact Area at Yuma Proving Ground (AZ)

United States Army Garrison, Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) proposes to establish and operate a new high hazard impact area to accommodate weapon research, development, testing, and evaluation associated with artillery testing activities. The proposed 88 acre high hazard impact area would provide for longer range munitions and be used to support diverse test and training activities that require the firing of air-to-ground, ground-to-ground, ground-to-air, and air-to-air munitions.
