As required by the Government Performance and Results Act Modernization Act, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) is developing a new Strategic Plan and is seeking input from stakeholders. The current Strategic Plan was developed in 2011 and amended in 2014.

As it looks to the next four years, the ACHP is eager to hear from the individuals, organizations, and agencies that are affected by its work. We welcome your views on the strategic directions the ACHP should pursue as it carries out its duties as defined by the National Historic Preservation Act and related authorities. To provide a frame of reference, you may wish to look at a summary of ACHP accomplishments over the past eight years under the current Strategic Plan. You may also find initial discussions by the ACHP membership at a recent ACHP meeting informative.
