The Executive Director (OED) has senior management responsibility for all staff organizational units and reports to the chairman. These responsibilities include supervising the staff and overseeing the day to day operation of the ACHP; formulating and overseeing implementation of the budget; implementing those elements of the Section 106 review process delegated to him by the members; recommending policy and program improvements in support of directives from the chairman and members; and representing the ACHP on initiatives and collaborations with other federal agencies, states, Indian tribes, Native Hawaiian organizations, and others, among various other duties.
