The Kisatchie National Forest is proposing the development of a program Programmatic Agreement (PA) in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) to outline how compliance with Section 106 shall be implemented. The proposed PA will replace the former PA that expired in 2019 due to administrative oversight. The proposed PA is modeled after the expired PA, and will govern Section 106 compliance for routine management activities on the Kisatchie National Forest.
