In accordance with Stipulation VI of the 2009 "Systemwide Programmatic Agreement for the Management of Historic Properties Affected by the Multipurpose Operations of Fourteen Projects of the Federal Columbia River Power System for Compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act," the Bonneville Power Administration, in cooperation with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, proposes to develop a Historic Properties Management Plan (HPMP) for the McNary Lock and Dam hydropower project located on the Columbia River in the states of Oregon and Washington that will focus on its unique nature and conditions.
