The Forest Service proposes a Programmatic Agreement in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(3) for undertakings pertaining to privately owned recreation residences on National Forest System land administered by Region 4 of the Forest Service in the State of Idaho. The Forest Service issues permits for these residences and reviews permittees’ proposals, which tend to be similar and repetitive and consist of maintenance, repair, and alterations to buildings (routine management).
