In 2020, the "Programmatic Agreement Among the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and the Montana State Historic Preservation Officer Regarding Horsefly Vegetation, Middleman Vegetation, & Boulder Baldy Vegetation Projects on the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest, Montana" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation VIII, Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest is proposing to amend the agreement as the Boulder Baldy Vegetation Project has been terminated prior to completion, and no further analysis or consideration for implementation will be considered.
