Scottsville is featured in the "Take the Roads Less Traveled" brochure and map, an initiative that seeks to give heritage tourists an alternative to traveling on Interstate 65 by providing an authentic slice of Kentucky history. Scottsville is also the site of the annual Kentucky State Gospel Singing Convention.
