Navy Region Northwest is proposing to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance, in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2), in order to take into account effects to historic properties at Naval Station Everett and its special areas (Navy Family Support Complex Smokey Point, Pacific Beach Annex, Naval Radio Station Transmitter Jim Creek, and Navy Operational Support Center Spokane).
