In 2005, the Programmatic Agreement Between the US Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth and the Kansas State Historic Preservation Officer for the Privatization of Family Housing at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas was executed. In accordance with Stipulation VIII.A, United States Army Garrison, Fort Leavenworth is proposing an amendment that will include language that reflects the use of substitute imitative materials. The ACHP did not participate in the original consultation, however with the passage of time and the changes in the residential communities initiative, it has elected to participate in this consultation.
