In 2017, the "Programmatic Agreement Among the National Guard Bureau, the Alaska Army National Guard, the Alaska Department of Military and Veteran Affairs, the Alaska State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding the Divestiture of Readiness Center Buildings and Land Throughout Alaska" was executed. In accordance with Stipulation 10. the Alaska Army National Guard is proposing to amend the agreement, revising time frames needed to complete the proposed mitigation.
