In 2020, the Programmatic Agreement Among 88 Air Base Wing, the Ohio State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Disposition of Historic Housing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio was executed. At that time, unit number 10706 (730 Lahm Circle), while a contributing resource to the Brick Quarters Historic District, was not part of the housing privatization program as it was used as Distinguished Visitor (DV) Quarters since 2016. The unit is no longer required for DV housing and it was converted back into a housing unit in Fiscal Year 2021. Also, the 88 Air Base Wing is considering the renovation of an additional 20 units to the program. In accordance with Stipulation VIII, the signatories agree to amend the agreement to account for these proposed changes within the program.
