Fort Rucker proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties within the installation’s boundaries. Note that during the development of this PA, the name of the installation changed from Fort Novosel to back to Fort Rucker, so some correspondence reflects the previous name.
