The Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC), a Department of Defense agency, manages two facilities (Site R in Pennsylvania and Site C in Maryland) to support emergency operations centers for the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and United States Marine Corps. In daily operations of both sites, the RRMC is seeking the development of strategies to meet Section 106 responsibilities in concert with the need for national security requirements in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2). Because of the nature of the facilities, information and data regarding the two facilities may be classified and may not be able to be shared with consulting parties.
