Naval Base Coronado is proposing to develop a Programmatic Agreement for Section 106 compliance in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.14(b)(2) in order to take into account effects to historic properties for undertakings on San Clemente Island. This agreement will support current, emerging, and future training and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation operations, while enhancing training resources through investment on established ranges.
