The Montrose Veterans Affairs Medical Center, also known as the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Hospital, part of the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, proposes to demolish Buildings 8, 9, 10, and 25 in order to develop and construct six new small house style community living centers to include walkways and garden improvements.
