YouthYouth Engagement

The ACHP is dedicated to building an inclusive historic preservation community. Countless diverse experiences have shaped the country's cultural landscape, and the ACHP has created a resource for all Americans to learn more about opportunities available under the National Historic Preservation Act. Young people can learn how to get involved in historic preservation in their own communities by reading the ACHP’s Citizen’s Guide to Section 106.

Connect to more youth resources through Facebook: Preservation - The Next Generation for young people, teachers, and others; Preservation Indigenous - Native Youth focused on Native American interests; and ACHP-Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and also on Twitter.
