Advisory Council on Historic Preservation

On December 20, 2024, the ACHP issued the Program Comment on Certain Housing, Building, and Transportation Undertakings, which provides federal agencies with an alternative way to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for covered activities. This course provides an introduction to the activities this Program Comment covers and an overview of what federal agencies must do to apply this Program Comment to covered activities.
