The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is now recruiting for the position of Program Analyst/Department of the Army Liaison (GG-13) within the ACHP’s Office of Federal Agency Programs (OFAP), Washington, D.C. While the initial appointment will be for a term of 13 months, the ACHP anticipates that this appointment may be extended for 3 to 5 years.

The liaison position provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with ACHP and Army staff and other stakeholders to address long-term and strategic programmatic issues and challenges faced by the Army, including development of program alternatives regarding Army Inter-War Era Historic Housing. Dependent upon workload and priorities, the liaison may also manage the ACHP’s participation in Section 106 review of other Army undertakings. Read more and apply here.
