Members of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation met March 30, 2022, for their spring business meeting. Topics they addressed included the President's Budget which will allow the agency to make needed IT upgrades and enhance staff capabilities; finalizing the agency's Strategic Plan; updating members on ACHP participation in the America the Beautiful initiative, the ACHP's Climate Change Task Force, and America 250.

Members voted to support the Historic Preservation Enhancement Act (H.R. 6589) and the Semiquincentennial Commemorative Coin Act (s. 2384/HR. 4429) by having Vice Chairman Jordan Tannenbaum write letters of support to Congress.
