The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation issued a program comment for the U.S. Department of the Army that sets forth the way in which the Army complies with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for its warfighting readiness activities and associated infrastructure. Warfighting readiness activities include training, testing, equipping, and industrial activities as well as management actions related to its inventory of properties across 135 Army installations.
