Reno Keoni Franklin is the Chairman of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians, and Vice Chairman of the Sonoma County Indian Health Project, a position he has held since 2002. Franklin previously served as Vice Chairman of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians from 2010 to 2012. He served as Director of Government Relations for the Yochadehe Dehe Wintun Nation from 2009 to 2013 and as General Chairman of the National Association of Tribal Historic Preservation Officers from 2009 to 2011. Franklin served on the Department of Health and Human Services Tribal Advisory Committee from 2010 to 2011. He was Chairman of National Indian Health Board from 2009 to 2011 and Chairman of California Rural Indian Health Board from 2007 to 2011. He received an A.S. from Santa Rosa Junior College.
