ACHP Conducts Retrospective Analysis of Regulations
The period for public comment on the ACHP’s development of a plan for retrospectively reviewing the regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act closed July 1, 2011. The ACHP received a broad variety of input from the public which will assist it in developing a final plan that will be made available to the public in late August, consistent with the requirements of Executive Order 13563. Questions about the ACHP’s efforts can be directed to regreview@achp.gov
