Accepting the Chairman's Award for Achievement in Historic Preservation at the spring quarterly Advisory Council on Historic Preservation for a project that listed three Civil War properties on the National Register of Historic Places at Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ) were (from left): Robb Hampton, Program Director, National Public Lands Day, National Environmental Education Foundation; Joseph F.
